The filmmaker:  In 1995, he moved from Washington D.C. to Los Angeles to chase a crazy dream.  After four years of film school and three years of guerilla filmmaking, I returned to D.C. to put the dream to bed.  My brother said to me, "It’s easy to find reasons why you can’t make a movie, find reasons why you can."  So I wrote a script, got some credit cards, bought a film camera, gathered a crew and made a movie."
